As far as I can tell, the recovery is picking up steam. The IT project activities are up to a level not seen in 3 years. This is good news my friends. A success story a long time in the making.
Just since our last newsletter in March, we signed several new clients and intensified our relationship with Sybase. We are growing and always looking for talented Sybase experts.
As much as we would love to hire full time resources, at the moment all we can do are 1099 contracts. If you are open to short term contracts and are not opposed to travel, please send me your resume. Sybase IQ, Sybase ASE or Replication Server skills are required.
In 2010 we became an official Sybase System Integrator and just last week we expanded our relationship with Sybase to become a resource vendor for Sybase Professional Services.
Thank you for being a loyal reader of my newsletter.
Sybase User Group Meeting June 2011
We are continuing our successful re-launch of the Sybase User Group Tampa Bay Chapter meeting.
Please mark your calendar: Thursday June 16th 2011
Please welcome Chris Brown to Tampa. He will talk about the new Sybase ASE Cluster Edition.
Chris Brown works for Sybase in the Technical Evanglism group, specializing in the Linux Operating System, ASE, ASE Cluster Edition, and at times, Replication Server and OpenSwitch. He has spent most of his professional career working with customers on highly available architectures, and squeezing that last bit of performance out of ASE (and more recently, ASE Cluster Edition).
Please click here to RSVP. The information for the online meeting is inside this RSVP link.
Sybase Training
For a few weeks we are now talking about Sybase class room training in Tampa. Well, we are inching closer to make this a reality. The paperwork to become a Sybase Education Partner is about to be cleared. This will be the official start for Sybase class room training in Tampa.
Please send me your Sybase education needs and we will work out a plan that fits your schedule and budget.
Please call 813 322 3240 for more information.
As always, thank you for reading.
Sincerely,
Peter Dobler
